Welcome to LivingWell Pregnancy Centers' website! LivingWell Pregnancy Centers provides free pregnancy services to the community, for women at the crossroads of an unplanned pregnancy. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit under EIN 33-0089232. By using this website, opting in to receive text messages from us, or otherwise interacting with our organization, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. ABOUT LIVINGWELL PREGNANCY CENTERS

LivingWell Pregnancy Centers offers free pregnancy tests, mentor mom support, and other practical resources and services to women facing an unplanned pregnancy, in order to empower them to make informed decisions. We do not provide abortions or referrals for abortions.

SMS/TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM

How You Opt In

By submitting your mobile phone number through a form on our website, at one of our centers, at an event, or through another LivingWell sign-up channel, and checking the box or otherwise affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from LivingWell Pregnancy Centers at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any services from LivingWell.

Types of Messages

Once you opt in, you may receive text messages related to:

Appointment reminders and scheduling
Program and service information (such as pregnancy tests, mentor mom support, and classes)
Event invitations and updates
Donor and volunteer communications
General organizational updates and outreach

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our programs and services. You may receive multiple messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges will vary depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your text and data plan.

HOW TO OPT OUT OR GET HELP

Reply STOP to opt out.

You may cancel SMS/text messages from LivingWell Pregnancy Centers at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message, and you will not receive any further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP for help.

CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. LivingWell Pregnancy Centers does not guarantee the delivery or timeliness of any SMS/text message, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator/carrier. Participating carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including information collected through our SMS/text messaging program. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

LivingWell Pregnancy Centers maintains the right to adjust or change these Terms and Conditions at any time and asks that you check this page periodically for updates.
